Program ad deadline is 2/21. Ad sizes are:
Full page 5.5″x8.5″ (full bleed–do not put anything important near the edges, as it may be cut off)
Half page 5.5″x4.25″ or 2.75″x8.5″
Quarter page (business card) 1.375″x2.125″ or 2.125″x1.375″
Tote bag sponsorship lines of text may be up to 50 characters per line–if you think you may need go over, please contact Teresa. Tote bag deadline is 2/21.
Hors d’oeuvres sponsorship artwork size is 8.5″x11″. Hors d’oeuvres spnosorship deadline is 3/15.
2017 VENDOR FAIR
Do you provide editing, cover design, formatting, PR, promotion, photography, or another product or service a busy author needs? Get your message to the expected 200+ authors who’ll be attending the New England Chapter of Romance Writers of America 2017 Let Your Imagination Take Flight Conference, taking place April 7-8 in Burlington, MA.
We’re hosting a vendor fair on Saturday, April 8 from 2:30-5:30 PM. Your 6’x30″ table will be in a high traffic area during our conference programming. Tables are available for conference attendees as well as outside vendors. Electrical outlets are available.
