Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration, you will be reimbursed as follows:
Before March 1, 2012, you are reimbursed for the entire registration fee minus nominal admin fees if you paid by PayPal.
- After March 1, 2012, you are subject to a $40 cancellation fee plus nominal admin fees if you paid by PayPal. After March 29, 2012, you are subject to $80 cancellation fee nominal admin fees if you paid by PayPal.
- In all cases you are subject to a $20 surcharge for returned checks.
- If you do not attend the conference, and do not notify the conference committee one week prior to the start of conference, we cannot reimburse you.

1) Go to www.hawthornehotel.com
2) Click on the “Check Availability” icon to the left of the picture on the main page
3) Click “Book Now” which is the first blue option
4) Enter check in, check out dates as well as number of people
5) In “Rate Information”, type LOVE in the Promotional Code field and hit Enter. This brings you to your room options and reservation page. The Hawthorne is offering a special room rate of $119-159/night, depending on the size of the room.
Please do not use Group Listings as this will not allow you to make a reservation.
*If the Hawthorne is full, they will work with you to make alternative hotel accommodations to ensure you still get the discounted group rate.
